Our Emotional Intelligence Self-Assessment

This brief, 10-item assessment* will help you gauge your ability to perceive and understand emotions, manage your emotional reactions, sustain motivation, empathize with others, and build strong connections. The purpose of this assessment is not to judge or label you, but rather to provide a starting point for your personal growth and development.

Before you begin, grab something for jotting down notes. Then, read each statement and rate where you believe you land on a scale of 1 (Not at All) to 5 (Very Often). After you have a rating for each item, scroll below for your results.
